Every single stay was so nice and I got used to all the staff members that are very nice and always helpfull. I enjoy staying at Premier Inn Harlow North. I can't praised them enough. Very clean and always quite. You have a restaurant dor breakfast and dinner.

Hotel is looking dilapidated but the room was clean and quiet. First meal in the pub was awful but the food got better. Breakfasts were good.

I must say as far as the staff go the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed at, tonight I had a few issues with my room card and then with accessing the Internet. Rosie helped me out with both issues, very friendly young lady with a gleaming smile throughout the time she was helping me. Even checked my new room card to make sure it worked on the hallway door. Rosie is a credit to the team you have here, I haven't seen much of her since I've been staying over the last 3 months but honestly seeing her over the past two weeks and she's always happy and friendly. Exactly the type of person you want greeting you after hard days work away from home.

Rooms are clean and modern. Internet is a bit weak and car park could do with a good clean and pot holes fixing.

Not the best premier inn! Stayed in many and this paticularly needs a huge refurbishment! From start of booking I had a nightmare, even with calling premier inns booking service..why they can't employ English cultured and speaking stuff I don't know! It makes it so difficult if they don't listen and understand what you are requesting! I only wanted an early check in and a ground floor room and they couldn't understand! Calls and emails direct to Harlow went unanswered but eventually did get it sorted the morning of arrival.. Carpets dirty, room needed complete refurbishment , heating wasn't working (had to sit in hat and coat for 30 mins as it was that cold in the room while maintenence had his lunch) Heating couldn't be fixed so we got given a plug in oil heater instead. It done the trick luckily as room was so small! Bed OK but again slept in better premier inns. Lisa and Gary pleasent enough but not the service or what I expected..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn (Harlow North) and felt compelled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the team truly exemplified what excellent customer service should be. Rosie and Anna, in particular, were outstanding. They were extremely polite, attentive, and demonstrated an in-depth understanding of what makes a guest’s experience truly enjoyable. Their helpfulness and warm demeanour throughout my stay made a significant impact. As the saying goes, “great leadership inspires great teams,” and this was evident under the guidance of Adrian, the manager. It was clear that Adrian leads with respect and care for his team, fostering an environment where both guests and staff feel valued. It was heartening to witness such a dedicated and caring team at Premier Inn Harlow North. A big “well done” to everyone involved—I look forward to visiting again soon! Warm regards, MM

We spent 13th Dec at another Premier Inn that was excellent across the board. Harlow Mill was very convenient for us, rooms clean and bed as always excellent. But our room was a long way from reception, room 142, the bathroom was very tired looking, nightmare turning shower off once on. And toilet flush really stiff, I admit I have arthritis but never struggled before to push a button. The toilet roll holder had clearly been attached for extremely small people. I understand that wear and tear must be a problem for hotels but this room was past its best. We will continue to use Premier Inn because the beds are the best and by and large are economical as well. I have not given 5 for service because firstly the restaurant was shut over the Saturday/Sunday. Also the receptionist when we arrived was less than inviting

Tatty room. Noisy due to corridor door banging on to early hours. Woken by the next rooms bathroom fan and running bath. Receptionist on arrival efficient but not friendly.

Room was Quiet which helped with the sleep. Also very clean, a big TV. The big was really comfy only downside is a light bulb needs channel going in the bathroom and the tap was broken on the bath

The carpet looks pretty dirty and the internet never works. Small room. I travel a lot and we always try to stay at Premier in as you know what expect, this is far from the majority of hotels you find. I stayed for 2 nights. The restaurant, food and service were great!

Under going some work the restaurant was closed due to a gas leak so guest had to fend for themselves & I wasn't recommended places to go

I stayed in the hotel for a night after my flight. Location is convenient and prices are affordable. I had a little issue with the room but I reported to manager Adrian who solve the problem with no time. Excellent service and tasty breakfast. Thank you for making me feel like home.

I went with my daughter for a stay at Premier Inn for her holiday. The stay was lovely,same as the staff. I could park my car in the car park and was really easy to move our stuff in the hotel. We had a good night sleep and we enjoyed some walks around the canal. We had dinner in the restaurant and food was good.

Absolutely amazing place river location staff are amazing people and Karen Kelly night shift I’m here for a family member my nephew having open heart surgery Tuesday coming these staff arnt normal premier inn staff the whole team are absolutely amazing I mean theve seen me cry and bring me back to positive thoughts and a smile absolutely amazing the whole team rooms spotless I mean spotless staff including day shift summer especially again superb it’s one premier inn I’d rather drive 50 mile to than stay in any other I feel at home no judgment no nothing I could be a millionaire or a pauper but treat the same thank you’s all so much thanks for the support you all gave me during Harvey’s operation LL&R from us love loyalty and respect to all staff Adrian manager Anna summer Lisa Karyn kelly and the new member balal good add to the team and people forget Also about housekeeping so Cherie both Michelle’s Maureen Jose and the other girls I speak to each day and Pete and Gary

Very beautiful location stayed with family river running outside the window peaceful one of the best we’ve stayed and keep returning won’t stay anywhere else you get to the staff daytime and night new member balal very nice gent manners second to none and as with all the staff nothing is a issue for anyone housekeeping they really do just that rooms are immaculate and previous comments of customers saying air fresheners used to cover smells no far from these are timed I use them in my industry and room are fresh as promised of a premier in. Towels are fluffy clean and smell good and let’s face it god loves I person that will try to pick a niggle as a frequent guest issues none never apart from my first visit my fault didn’t realise card had to face downwards thumb grove to the top right but was told this funny looking back now as now well it’s home from home to name a few staff lists endless Adrian manager Anna summer, Lisa night times Kelly Karyn again Adrian and thanks to everyone last but not least the beefeater which serves the food good breakfast as expected better than normal sometimes I wonder why this hasn’t been put on a premier plus list as it’s close to Harlow train station close to local shops outlets such as Harvey center and everything is there but a peaceful place I’d like to ask for feedback as if this was London central which is only 5 short stops by train £12 why are people so picky when a fresh bed full size bath 6 ft 4 and lots of room rooms are cozy you have control of your own heating just as you do home so all you do it turn the arrow left and turn it down if your rooms to warm but again people will always try to find a fault hoping for a refund or free night stay which annoys me silly things like I say in business you do your best and nothing wrong here with such a close team relationship and communication that is the key to a successful stay for us as customers and for the staff which again I thank you DJM

I’ve stayed here a few times now , staff are so lovely Lisa Kelly Adrian Steve and Anna are so accommodating, room was clean and fresh we had a family room plenty of space , anything you need the staff go above and beyond to help you out , it’s a lovely place next to the river the beefeater is on site so only a few steps away, one of the ladies there heard about my son having open heart surgery and brought him a card and present such a thoughtful bunch of staff , will def be going back !

Not very premier. Most of the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. The rooms are tired and the place smells. The pub/restaurant is disappointing. Service is always slow and the food is overpriced. It is however in a nice spot next to the river.

Nothing special and bssically what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Except the room stank of stale smoke. Room #5 right on the corner. I closed the air vents and still could smell it all night. Pretty disgusting and led to not a nice nights sleep. Left early at 4.30 for flight so nobody around in the morning to complain to.

Far from being premier! The room was far to small for a family of 4 (if you can not cater for this then don't offer) could not even get down side of the beds as they were squeezed in so tight, the rooms was too hot the fan that was supplied may as well not been there. Beds not comfortable and the whole place definitely needs a deep clean! The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast in the beefeater.

Lovely spot by the river. Nice for a walk along the river in either direction also walking distance from harlow mill station. Rooms a bit warm in summer though

Premier Inn Harlow North is one of my favourites. The staff are friendly, very accommodating, and the room are spacious. I like the cooked breakfast at their resturant onsite.

Stayed here again for a family visit and everything was amazing as always. Building could do with a refurb but Staff are always very helpful and there to help. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which again was amazing. Free parking is available
